How do I send the email statistic reports to my advertisers or myself?

For your convenience, you can schedule an email report to you, your advertiser, client or supervisor. For email reporting, advertisers and publishers have the same interface.

Set up an Email Report

  • Sign into your account, follow the menu Reports / Email Reports
  • Click on the Add tab, then choose a type of report to view
  • At the end of the stats report, you'll be able to schedule an email report
  • You can click on the check box "Show advanced options" to set a specific starting time and date, send a copy to other people, or attach a PDF/CSV report

Edit an Email Report

  • Sign into your account, follow the menu Reports / Email Reports
  • Click on the report name
  • Click on the tab Edit or Customize

Preview an Email Report

You can view the content of an email report by clicking on its name, then click on the Preview tab. A report will display ad performance within the selected time period for the chosen entity/item and also the breakdown at different levels. For example:
  • Publisher report will include the breakdown for all zones and ads
  • Zone report will include the breakdown for all linked ads
  • Channel report will include the breakdown for all linked zones and ads
  • Advertiser report will include the breakdown for all campaigns and ads
  • Campaign report will include the breakdown for all linked ads

Customize a Report

If you only want to show only certain columns in the report instead of all the default columns, you can schedule a report and then customize its columns and sections. These columns can be included or excluded:
  • Gross Impressions
  • Gross Clicks
  • Gross CTR
  • Unique Impressions
  • Unique Clicks
  • Unique CTR
  • Unique over Gross Impression Percentage
  • Unique over Gross Click Percentage
  • Unique over Gross CTR Percentage

Instructions to Customize an Email Report

  • Follow the menu Reports / Email Reports
  • Schedule an email report for the chosen entity (including ad, zone, group, channel, or advertiser)
  • Click on the email report you just scheduled above
  • Click on the Customize tab to arrange the columns and hide/show breakdown sections

Example of a Custom Email Report

An advertiser only wants to see the daily "Gross Impressions". No click, unique, or other data is required. In this case, you can setup a report and then customize it by only dragging the "Time Period" and "Gross Impressions" column to the selected panel on the right. In that case, all other columns are excluded from the report.
