How do I generate breakdown reports?
When viewing a report for an entity, you have an option to drill down into more details. You can view ad metrics for additional entities that are linked to the main entity with the breakdown report. The breakdown report has multiple lines, one for each sub-entity. The columns are the time periods (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). For example, you can view all individual ad's impressions and clicks of a zone or a group.Instructions
- Click on the main menu "Reports"
- Choose one of the reports (for example, "Basics / Daily")
- Choose an entity (publisher, zone, group, channel, ad, etc.)
- Choose a date range or use the default range ("Last 31 days")
- First tab is "Total" and next additional tabs are the breakdown reports (for example, "Ad Clicks" and "Ad Impressions")
Available Breakdown Reports
For a Publisher
- Zone Impressions: impressions for each zone
- Zone Clicks: clicks for each zone
- Zone CTR: impressions, clicks and click-through rate for each zone
- Zone Conversions: conversions for each zone
- Advertiser Impressions: impressions for each advertiser
- Advertiser Clicks: clicks for each advertiser
- Ad Impressions: impressions for each ad
- Ad Clicks: clicks for each ad
- Ad CTR: impressions, clicks and click-through rate for each ad
- Ad Conversions: conversions for each ad
- Group Impressions: impressions for each group
- Group Clicks: clicks for each group
- Group CTR: impressions, clicks and click-through rate for each group
For a Zone
- Ad Impressions: impressions for each ad
- Ad Clicks: clicks for each ad
- Ad CTR: impressions, clicks and click-through rate for each ad
- Ad Conversions: conversions for each ad
- Secondary Zone Impressions: impressions for the zone chain starting from this zone and down to its secondary zones
- Secondary Zone Clicks: clicks for the zone chain starting from this zone and down to its secondary zones
- Secondary Zone CTR: click-through rate for the zone chain starting from this zone and down to its secondary zones
For a Group
- Ad Impressions: impressions for each ad
- Ad Clicks: clicks for each ad
- Ad CTR: impressions, clicks and click-through rate for each ad
For a Channel
- Zone Impressions: impressions for each zone
- Zone Clicks: clicks for each zone
- Zone CTR: impressions, clicks and click-through rate for each zone
- Ad Impressions: impressions for each ad
- Ad Clicks: clicks for each ad
- Ad CTR: impressions, clicks and click-through rate for each ad
For an Advertiser
- Campaign Impressions: impressions for each campaign
- Campaign Clicks: clicks for each campaign
- Campaign CTR: click-through rate for each campaign

For an Ad Network
